Ja der Screen sagt alles ok, aber in Wirklichkeit geht es nicht. Cache gelöscht, mehrere Browser und privates browsen getestet.....

For the language issues, go to Administration -> Languages and select the language you use as your primary language and execute Refresh this should solve that issue.
