As I mentioned, I know (and use) ssmtp (Note the double "s"), which basically acts as a simple mail client to execute the actual mailing on a third party MTA.

The topic of limitations should be taken absolutely seriously. Even if you pay a service allowing you to send newsletters and thousands of emails per month (which common paid mail accounts usually don’t allow at all!), they have their limitations (e.g. 40 mails/minute or 2000 mails/hour), and they have them for good reasons.
