Hi there!
Many emails going out from the system at the same time (or within a short time span) can be a problem and often are in practice. Sending too many emails at a time will almost for sure cause in blacklistings. There are vendors offering smtp relay solutions (which can be easily used via ssmtp as a drop in replacement for sendmail on Linux), but these also have their limitations.
So, is it possible to configure the amount of emails sent by ILIAS within a certain time or, respectively, set up a certain delay between one email and another?
Thanks and greetings!
