It was probably some permission issue, I tried around with different file permissions but that did not help.
Yes, 14 has reached eol, but at the moment I dread upgrading for limited time ressources... I will probably approach that first before trying anything else. Even Plesk Obsidian will not run on Ubuntu lower that 18. Maybe some issues will be resolved by upgrading....
