Plugins and Add-ons: Import SCORM packages e.g. from learningsapps.org, not as modules but tests or the likes

Hey there,
I am still a bit at odds with SCORM modules in Ilias, but willing to give it further tries...

Now, I faced another challenge:

I would like to add a nice learning app as a test (using SCORM) but all that seems possible is to have it imported as a module.
in moodle, this can be done by adding a "Lernpaket" as a resource (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p-wlRCx-uJA), but I cannot find the likes in Ilias?
