Hi,
as far as I know ilias it is only possible to attach a wiki to a course. I like to setup a wiki in the public area in a way that anonymous users can read the wiki and all other users can create content in the wiki. This is completely unrelated to any courses in ilias.
How is this possible? Can I configure ilias in that way out of the box? Do I need some plugins? Do I have to develop a special plugin therefore?
