the problem seems to be the height-solution. I can reproduce what you say @13,3-Zoll (1280 x 800). A trick would be to press CTRL+- or CMD+-
However, ILIAS has a responsive design. Of course, the admin-tab is not, but the rest of it should be.
#2 Did you report the bug concerning postgres support @ ilias.de/mantis? Because if not, it will not get solved ;-)
