Administration - Installation - Core: PHP Fatal Error bei Installation

Hallo,

ich versuche das aktuelle ILIAS auf einem Suse Sles 12 SP5 zu installieren, bekomme aber direkt nach ca. 3 Sekunden die folgende Fehlermeldung:
PHP Fatal error:  Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 131072 bytes) in /srv/www/htdocs/ilias/Modules/Course/classes/class.ilObjCourseGUI.php on line 1399

Apache 2.4.23
MySQL 8.0.26
PHP 7.4.6

Memory_limit ist in der php.ini auf 2048M gesetzt. Der Server selber hat aktuell 8GB Ram.

Was kann ich tun?
