Check the status of the clamav-daemon (> service clamav-daemon status).
The daemon MUST be running in background on the same server where (and when) ILIAS' PHP code is executed!
If it is NOT running, the virus is being uploaded successfully - it only will be renamed to *.sec due to its file extension '.com'.
If the daemon is running, the upload will be rejected with:
