I know that this is a really old thread but I am having somewhat the same issue.
I am trying to test ILIAS 6 on a windows laptop locally using XAMPP but I cannot zip or unzip files and I really need to upload some scorm content but the lessons never unzip.
How can I make it work, the documentation for zip/unzip here is really old and all the links are unsuable, how can I solve this.
