I know that ilias 7 is in beta but can you at least post a proper guide for the installation and the recommended dependencies ?

It was posted as the install guide of Ilias 7 but this installation guide is Outdated and it's about ilias 6!
Now that the WebGUI Installation is dropped at least someone who successfully installed ilias 7 using the command line should post a brief guide!
