Refering to your problem, I wrote this:
- If you get the following error: -Database can't be reached. Please check the credentials and if database exists-
- Then please check the credentials of the DB user. Do NOT use umlauts or other german characters, like öäüß
- Try to login on your console like this:
mysql -u yourdbusername -h localhost -p
