This is most probably the same bug in ILIAS 6. in the following Mantis report:

I've created a temporary fix, as I needed this in a hurry. You can use it, but it comes without any warranty:

But ideally we would see to it, that a real fix gets implemented, i.e. some funding to get this fix would be needed (I'm not the maintainer).
