Administration - Installation - Core: Re(8): Database Connection: database cant be reached

Hi Evan,
good idea to test it with an IDE.
I tried out HeidiSQL and i was not able to connect to the database.
Ilias runs on a VM so of course i tried the VMs IP and Name too , but it did not work
