Administration - Installation - Core: Certificate menu throws error

Hi,

I have my Java server set up and working, i can and have genereated certificated for a user, and can preview when editing the fields.

However if i go to repo->course-> certificate menu i get the following error:

Call to undefined method ilGlobalPageTemplate::getStandardTemplate()

Please help.
