Administration - Installation - Core: not in database

hello. I have an annoying problem. i have an asessment which was deleted along with his parent folder. 
I tried to remove from trash but i have this error. "302 not in database".
i also tried to restore. Normally i has same error. 
How can i remove this item from trash?
