Administration - Installation - Core: Re(2): Setup - Cannot Log in using Master Password

Hi, I installed using CPanel. PHP used is 7.3 and set the userid as "root" and password as "Password1234" for both Amin and Master. 

Post installation, i am unable to use any of these id's to login. Can some one help in getting this resolved as its a basic step for getting into the system.
