The German (only) Online Help will be published on https://docu.ilias.de/goto_docu_cat_3255.html The newest version is still ILIAS 5.4.
A lot of the content will be valid for ILIAS 6, but e.g. the use of the main menu or the ILIAS editor (learning module, ...) have changed a lot.
Because of resources there is no Only Help in other languages.
The latest English user documentation seems to be 5.2: https://docu.ilias.de/goto_docu_cat_581.html (folder of 5.3 is empty)
