Administration - Installation - Core: HTML in ILIAS modules

Stating with ILIAS 5.3.20 HTML/JS is disabled by default in ILIAS learning modules and can be globally enabled.

Our situation however, would benefit from enabling HTML in individual learning modules by an ILIAS admin. We have a huge number of ILIAS learning modules that would need individual review, and after being reviewed shouldn't be editable by anyone except ILIAS admins, or at least not publishable so some technically knowledgeable people would ensure GDPR compliance prior to publishing. Enabling HTML for learning modules and disabling our teaching staff create and edit ILIAS learning modules isn't an option either as plenty of them do not make use of HTML in the learning modules.

  1. Can HMTL/JS be turned on for individual ILIAS learning modules?

  2. Is there a way to enforce review by an admin before publishing other than emailing the module xml?

  3. Can ILIAS learning modules be served over a different domain where the user is not logged in and might just have an authorization token for that module?
