Administration - Installation - Core: Change the link behaviour of Links and Images (Open in new tab)

Hello,

I'm using ILIAS to set up a helpsystem for a web application and the ILIAS pages are displayed in an iframe element in the web application. When clicking on links or linked images on the ILIAS page in the iframe, sometimes the new ILIAS page is displayed within the iframe and sometimes the new ILIAS page is displayed in the parent window. This means, that the displayed web page in the webbrowser changes from my web application to the new ILIAS page.

Is there a way to configure the link behaviour in ILIAS, e.g. so, that all links in ILIAS are opened in a new tab?
Is there for example a way to add an target=_blank attribute to the link anchors on the html pages created by ILIAS?
