I would like to hear some first hand admin experiences about updates between major versions of Ilias. I read the official docu on the topic, but I wonder how smooth the process is in practice. Are there problems with data loss of content? What about extensions and plugins? The docu is mentioning problems with custom Skins, can one expect that Ilias 6.0 will create a lot of breaking changes due to conformity to accessibility guidelines?
