Didactic Template Forum: How to get unknown operations?

Hi there,
I actually can find them in the language administration.
I attach some file with the codes, and also a file you can import as a didactical template.
Only trouble is that I cannot test it because currently you cannot import didactical templates at all, s. also my other forum topic.
