Plugins and Add-ons: LiveVoting PlugIn - DB Error - incorrect datetime value

.. with the MariaDB Update 10.2.4 the STRICT_TRANS_TABLES parameter is set by default.

After removing this parameter from the config, the date can be stored again in the table.
